**Job Mission**
Act as the process owner for activities related to REN 1000, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and delivery quality. Lead execution and promote continuous process improvement, engaging involved departments and monitoring results with a focus on problem resolution. Use data, metrics, and analytical tools to support decision-making and contribute to business evolution.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Serve as the technical reference for REN 1000-related processes, focusing on connection budgeting, legal proceedings, and complaints and ombudsman services.
* Ensure regulatory compliance and the quality of analyses and responses to customers and regulatory bodies.
* Identify, propose, and implement process improvements to achieve gains in efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
* Conduct critical analyses and practically resolve problems, supporting and guiding teams when necessary.
* Develop and maintain management controls, metrics, and dashboards to support decision-making.
* Support automation and digital transformation initiatives through data analysis and programming tools.
**Mandatory Requirements**
* Completed Technical Degree in Electrotechnics, Electronics, or Industrial Automation.
* Solid knowledge of REN 1000 and standards and procedures related to the Electricity Distribution System;
* SAP;
* Eletric Office;
* Advanced Office Suite
**Desirable:**
* Proactive profile with ownership mindset, critical thinking, and results orientation.
* Advanced Excel proficiency (Power Query, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and data analysis).
* Experience developing dashboards (Power BI or similar tools).
* Knowledge of programming languages for automation and data analysis (Python, SQL, VBA, or similar).
* Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical and executive discussions.
