Monitor ring thickness and tonnage during operation. Prepare and execute necessary changes for the process. Replace guide components, including dry guides, roller guides, and tubes. Inspect guides to ensure proper functionality. Adjust the Pinch Roll according to technical specifications. Assemble water boxes used in the process. Regulate flow rates of thermoprocess water boxes. Replace inserts in the scrap box as required. Install nylon thread to assist the rolling process. Replace and inspect the spiral tube and internal tube. Adjust and regulate coil drop onto the spiral former. High school diploma required.
