### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Responsible for performing the assembly, disassembly, and inspection of scaffolding used in industrial maintenance activities, ensuring safety, stability, and compliance with technical and occupational safety standards. **Responsibilities** * Assemble and disassemble scaffolding structures according to project plans and technical instructions; * Inspect the condition of materials and equipment before and after use; * Ensure proper anchoring and securing of structures, prioritizing worker safety; * Collaborate with maintenance teams, providing support for work at heights; * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and preservation of equipment and tools under their responsibility; * Strictly comply with safety regulations, especially those related to work at heights (NR\-35\) and scaffolding assembly (NR\-18\); * Participate in training sessions and safety meetings promoted by the company. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Elementary school diploma; * Previous experience as a scaffolder, preferably in an industrial environment; * Scaffolding Assembly Training Course; * NR 35 Training Course ### **BENEFITS** Benefits as per local collective bargaining agreement ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment type:** CLT
