If you possess keen attention to detail and passion for ensuring excellence at every stage of the construction process, we want to meet you! **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive post-construction maintenance requests; * Conduct on-site inspections of client complaints; * Serve as the liaison between clients and the post-construction team; * Perform post-construction maintenance; * Prepare material orders for post-construction service; * Present project progress metrics and indicators; * Prepare contracts, purchase orders, and invoice entries in the ERP system; **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed technical education in Building Construction – or a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
