Cargo transportation: Carry bricks, blocks, roof tiles, cement bags, and tools from one location to another on the site. Supplying work fronts: Ensure masons always have materials readily available to avoid interrupting productivity. Ongoing cleaning: Remove debris, wood scraps, and sweep work areas. Storage: Organize stacks of materials correctly to prevent waste or accidents. Tool maintenance: Clean and store shovels, hoes, wheelbarrows, and other tools at the end of each shift. **Requirements:** Reside in Caçapava or nearby region Good physical endurance: Ability to lift heavy loads (cement bags, bricks) and perform repetitive motions.
