Job Summary: An operational professional responsible for material preparation, cargo transportation, site supply, and cleaning of construction sites, requiring good physical endurance, attention, and discipline. Tool maintenance and material organization **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Temporary Prepare mortars and concrete: Mix cement, sand, gravel, and water manually or using concrete mixers. Cargo transportation: Carry bricks, blocks, roof tiles, cement bags, and tools from one location to another on the site. Supplying work fronts: Ensure masons always have materials readily available to avoid interrupting productivity. Ongoing cleaning: Remove debris, wood scraps, and sweep work areas. Storage: Organize stacks of materials correctly to prevent waste or accidents. Tool maintenance: Clean and store shovels, hoes, wheelbarrows, and other tools at the end of each shift. **Requirements:** Reside in Caçapava or nearby region Good physical endurance: Ability to lift heavy loads (cement bags, bricks) and perform repetitive motions.
