An opportunity to work in gastronomy and gelato. We are looking for a customer service representative to join our team at Gelateria Sapore in Urbanova. We seek a friendly, proactive individual who enjoys working with the public and ensures excellent service and an enchanting experience for customers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner; * Serve gelatos, assemble orders, and present available flavors displayed in the showcase; * Prepare coffees according to the franchise's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), following prior training conducted before public-facing duties; * Operate the cash register and receive incoming merchandise; * Maintain a clean and organized work environment; * Restock products and assist with inventory organization; * Adhere to the company’s hygiene and quality standards, as well as the franchise’s standardization requirements; **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing high school education; * Strong communication skills and ease in dealing with the public; * Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays); * Organizational skills and sense of responsibility; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in customer service or food-related roles; * Interest in gastronomy, gelato, or confectionery; **We Offer:** * Competitive market-based salary; * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher; * Food allowance; * A light-hearted and collaborative work environment; Employment Type: Full-time CLT contract; Compensation: R$1.518,00 – R$5.744,67 per month; Benefits: * Food allowance; * Meal voucher; * Transportation allowance; Work Location: On-site
