International expertise and tradition combined with local proximity. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud-based IT infrastructure, ensuring availability, performance, and security; * Manage the **Microsoft 365** environment, including: Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, and security policies; * Create, review, and implement security policies, MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, and Compliance; * Administer **Fortigate** firewalls, including policy creation, UTM, VPNs (IPSec/SSL), network segmentation, and troubleshooting; * Monitor cloud and on-premise environments, proactively addressing alerts, vulnerabilities, and incidents; * Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions; * Support continuous improvement projects, migrations, upgrades, and integration of new technologies; * Document processes, topologies, policies, and operational procedures; * Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for infrastructure- and security-related topics. **Requirements and Qualifications** We seek an IT Infrastructure Analyst with experience in cloud environments, Microsoft 365 administration, information security practices, and Fortigate firewall management. The role requires ensuring availability, security, performance, and evolution of corporate infrastructure, operating both in day-to-day operations and improvement projects. Experience in **Cloud Computing** (preferably Azure). Experience in the **Microsoft 365** ecosystem (Admin Center, Security \& Compliance, Intune, Exchange Online, etc.). Knowledge of **Fortigate**: * Policy configuration * UTM firewalls * VPNs (IPSec and SSL) * SD‑WAN (a plus) Experience with networking (TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, Routing, Switching). Knowledge of information security and best practices (ITIL, NIST, CIS, ISO 27001\). Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, Azure Monitor, etc.). Knowledge of virtualization (Hyper‑V, VMware).
