Opportunity to transform the world with quality and innovation We are seeking an Engineering Intern to support large-scale industrial projects, with a focus on procurement coordination, licensing, and factory operations. **If you want to transform the world with quality, innovation, and excellence, join us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in procurement and supplier management; * Assist in weekly alignment with the procurement team to map material and service requirements; * Monitor quotations, delivery timelines, and purchase order approvals via SAP; * Support supplier performance reporting, identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements to prevent delays; * Support projects and environmental licensing; * Collaborate in preparing documentation for municipal licenses and CETESB (e.g., preliminary consultations, impact assessments); * Attend meetings with regulatory agencies and multidisciplinary teams (engineering, legal); * Organize spreadsheets for tracking deadlines related to factory renewals and industrial expansions; * Analyze data and reports; * Operational support and meetings; * Participate in in-person/remote meetings (with teams in Brazil and China via WhatsApp/Teams); * Conduct factory visits to verify compliance and support audits; * Contribute innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions for process optimization. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Civil, Mechanical, Production, or Environmental Engineering, or related fields, from the 3rd semester onward; * Expected graduation between 2027 and 2029; * Proficiency in Excel: preferably intermediate to advanced; * English proficiency preferred: reading and writing technical emails/contracts; speaking during meetings. * Basic project management: understanding of schedules, Gantt charts, and deadline control. * ERP familiarity: introductory experience with SAP (MM procurement modules) is a plus. * Ability to work in multicultural teams; * Clear communication and strong organizational skills; **Additional Information** * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Life Insurance * On-site Meal Benefit * Chartered Transportation * Payroll Deduction Loan * Birthday Month Ticket * Wellhub Founded in 1989 in Changsha, China, Sany Group is dedicated to manufacturing heavy machinery, with its main products including construction, paving, excavation, reach stacker, crane, port, and mining equipment.
