Experience with SAP projects and high-complexity project management ### **Job Description** Embraer seeks to hire a specialized professional in **Project Management**, focused on **Data Migration for the ELDT – SAP S/4HANA program**. The candidate will be responsible for leading, planning, executing, and controlling project activities, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, quality, and scope—specifically targeting data migration from legacy systems to the SAP S/4HANA environment. ### **Contract Model** * Model: Body Shop (dedicated allocation) * Duration: 8 months * Start: Immediate * Location: On-site (São José dos Campos – Embraer) * Schedule: Business hours (07:20 to 17:18\) ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the **Data Migration** stream within the S/4HANA program * Develop and manage: + Schedule + Risk matrix + Communication plan + Cost control * Manage stakeholders and alignment with business units, IT, and consulting firms * Monitor integrated testing, issue resolution, and evidence collection * Ensure readiness for go\-live * Conduct project meetings and executive reporting * Manage multiple projects simultaneously (up to 4) ### **Technical Scope (Data Migration)** * Extract data from legacy systems (SAP ECC and satellite systems) * Transform, standardize, and enrich data * Deduplicate and cleanse datasets * Load data into SAP S/4HANA * Validate data quality and consistency * Execute test cycles (mocks and incremental loads) ### **Mandatory Requirements** * Proven experience as a **Project Manager** * Demonstrated expertise in: + Scope, schedule, cost, and risk management + High-complexity projects * Advanced/Fluent English * Experience with SAP projects ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in **migration to SAP S/4HANA** * Experience in complex corporate/multinational environments * Knowledge of data governance ### **Expected Profile** * Strong leadership and communication skills * Ability to negotiate and manage conflicts * Organizational skills and process-oriented mindset * High execution capability and monitoring proficiency
