Job Summary: An online technical support professional responsible for assisting customers, managing service tickets, and guiding users on system usage to ensure resolution of requests. Key Highlights: 1. Exclusive online customer support for technical assistance. 2. Detailed management and tracking of service tickets and deadlines. 3. Functional guidance and support on the correct use of systems. Preferred Qualification: Technical or undergraduate degree in technology-related fields (Computer Science, Technical Support, IT, Systems Analysis, etc.). Familiarity with technology, computers, Windows, Microsoft Office suite, printers, software installation, Android and iPhone mobile devices. Responsibilities: • Provide exclusive online customer support via our ticketing system; • Manage and track service tickets with attention to detail and deadlines; • Guide customers on the proper use of systems, answer questions, and provide functional support; • Identify potential issues and escalate to the development team when necessary; • Perform remote access to the customer’s system for analysis or technical support when required; • Communicate internally with sales and technical departments to resolve specific requests, etc. Salary: R$ 2.100,00 Transportation allowance and meal allowance (R$ 400.00 per month). Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:45 PM; Saturdays, 8:45 AM to 12:45 PM (remote work on Saturdays). Residence Requirement: Must reside in São José dos Campos or Jacareí.
