




**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** To be arranged **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code Lead the execution of digital projects, ensuring delivery within the agreed scope, timeline, and budget; Align projects with the client’s strategic objectives in the context of digital transformation, ensuring scope protection and proper change management; Manage expectations and conflicts among internal and external stakeholders, promoting clear and effective communication; Plan and control all project phases, from requirements gathering to delivery of MVPs with the expected functionalities; Apply agile, traditional, or hybrid methodologies as required by the project; Manage all project processes, including integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communication, risks, and stakeholders; Establish and maintain governance processes, including technical and business oversight, ensuring traceability and auditability; Develop and monitor KPIs and performance metrics, consolidating executive reports and status reports; Identify risks and propose corrective and preventive actions; Act as the liaison between technical and business areas, ensuring deliverables meet customer and end-user needs; Plan and execute the project communication plan, maintaining continuous alignment among stakeholders; Simultaneously manage up to two medium- or high-complexity projects; Provide periodic reports and status reports to leadership; **Requirements:** Proven experience in managing digital projects; Solid knowledge and practical experience with traditional (waterfall) and agile (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) methodologies, with the ability to apply the most appropriate approach for each context; Experience leading complex digital product development projects, preferably in the technology, mobility, or aviation sectors; Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, and Confluence; Mastery of project management processes, including integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communication, risks, and stakeholders; Risk Management: Advanced ability to proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and impediments; Scope, schedule, and cost management: Expertise in planning, executing, and monitoring project constraints to ensure delivery as planned; Advanced English (written and spoken); Experience in vendor management; Market-recognized certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, Scrum Master, among others, will be considered advantageous. **Benefits:** Health insurance, Dental insurance, Childcare allowance, Life insurance, Meal voucher
