Experience in international projects and digital transformation (a strong differentiator). **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Main Responsibilities: Lead, plan, execute, monitor, and control all project activities; Manage the data migration stream, ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity; Coordinate extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities, including master, transactional, and historical data; Ensure data cleansing, deduplication, and standardization of migrated data; Support test cycles (mocks), validations, and data loads in quality environments; Collaborate with business areas, IT, and consulting firms to ensure alignment and operational continuity; Manage risks, dependencies, and changes throughout the project lifecycle; Ensure adherence to the client’s project management methodology; Conduct status, governance, and stakeholder alignment meetings. **Requirements:** Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager in highly complex projects; Experience in international projects; Solid knowledge of project management principles and management tools; Experience in data migration (a highly relevant differentiator); Advanced or fluent English (mandatory) Differentiators: Experience in SAP implementation projects and migration to S/4HANA; Experience in digital transformation and system integration environments. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Gym allowance, Fuel allowance, Daycare allowance, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Food voucher, Transportation voucher
