




Plan, execute, and participate in the development of electromechanical projects for machines, equipment, and installations. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure electric motors, pumps, motor pumps, dock levelers, automatic doors and gates, and other equipment remain in optimal working condition, meeting quality and safety standards. Machine parts and interpret assembly diagrams and technical drawings. Assemble machines and perform electromechanical maintenance on machines, equipment, and installations. Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance on electromechanical equipment. Rapid and accurate diagnosis and resolution of electrical and mechanical failures. Assembly, adjustment, and repair of electromechanical systems. Replacement of components, alignment, balancing, and operational testing. Participation in the installation and commissioning of machines and equipment. Recording of activities in work orders and maintenance management systems (CMMS). Ability to plan activities, selecting appropriate materials and tools. 3. Safety Competencies Strict adherence to electrical safety procedures, lockout/tagout (LOTO). Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and identification of electrical, mechanical, and rotating machinery hazards. Attention to current regulations related to electrical installations, machinery, and equipment. Safe conduct in areas with load movement, hazardous energy sources, and potentially hazardous atmospheres. 4. Behavioral Competencies Attention to detail and commitment to quality of interventions. Logical and analytical reasoning for failure diagnosis. Organization and prioritization in completing work orders. Teamwork and clear communication with operators, maintenance personnel, and supervisors. Proactivity in identifying improvements and preventing failures. Responsibility and discipline in following procedures, standards, and technical specifications.
