Serve clients acting ethically and responsibly, authorizing procedures and providing information efficiently and promptly, strengthening the organization's image. **Responsibilities and duties** * Open emergency care registrations by verifying the client/responsible party's personal documents and insurance card for system-based TASY admissions; * Identify patients according to the institution's established protocols; * Change the patient's clinic type upon request from the triage nurse; * Open urgent and elective admission registrations, verifying authorization forms and personal documents, checking the eligibility of the client/responsible party's insurance card via the TASY system for admissions, during weekends and holidays in the absence of the Day Hospital receptionist; * Register in the TASY system the types of patient discharge in cases of treatment abandonment or refusal; * Provide death certificates and request contingencies when necessary; * Verify the completion of death certificates (D.O) and ensure all fields are correctly filled out and unaltered; * Issue attendance certificates via the TASY system; * Collect payments for private services at discharge and issue invoices after regular business hours; * Handle internal or external phone calls to provide service guidance; * Manage patient stay control in the observation unit during the absence of the Day Hospital receptionist; * Receive and guide patients and family members regarding doubts, suggestions, or needs related to the services provided by the Emergency Care unit; * Execute contingency plans in cases of TASY system failure, power outages, or similar issues; * Properly hand over shifts with all relevant information, record details in the shift logbook, and check corporate email daily; * Inform direct leadership about any incidents during the shift related to service waiting times, medical schedules, ambulance dispatches, among others; * Process SUS bed requests during night shifts in cases of coverage gaps due to absence or vacation leave of the Nursing Station Customer Service Assistant; * Assist clinical nurses with patient tracking and location via the TASY system during night shifts in the absence of the Nursing Station Customer Service Assistant; * Request initial hospitalization day rates for urgent clinical and surgical admissions via the SAE system during night shifts in the absence of the Nursing Station Customer Service Assistant; * Submit urgent examination and procedure requests via the SAE system for ICU patients, such as cardiac catheterization, angiotomography, endoscopies, among others, during night shifts in the absence of the Nursing Station Customer Service Assistant. **Requirements and qualifications** * High school diploma completed * Experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare * Familiarity with the TASY system is desirable **Additional information** * **Workplace:** Emergency Care São José dos Campos (**Address:** R.
