Join us! **Responsibilities and duties** **Responsibilities and challenges** * Immediately register every vehicle entering the parking lot; * Verify whether customers are authorized, monthly subscribers, or residents, and confirm that customers possess valid identification credentials; * Inform customers about parking procedures and regulations—including grace periods, fees, location details, and other relevant information—with consistent emphasis on courteous user reception; * Monitor for jammed or malfunctioning tickets, and retrieve tickets manually if the ticket dispenser is full; * Properly store vehicle keys in key cabinets and ensure vehicle identification via numbered prisms; * Operate cash register equipment in parking garages, issuing entry and exit vouchers for vehicles while safeguarding parking revenue integrity. **Requirements and qualifications** **What we’re looking for:** * Completed high school education; * Valid driver’s license (preferred). **Additional information** For healthcare units (hospitals or laboratory networks), upon selection in the hiring process, proof of vaccination against the following diseases is required: **Hepatitis B, Adult Diphtheria-Tetanus vaccine, Measles-Mumps-Rubella vaccine, Influenza, COVID-19, and Yellow Fever.** **HOW ABOUT WORKING FOR A COMPANY SERVING TOMORROW’S SMART CITIES?** INDIGO is the global leader in parking and individual mobility management.
