Job Summary: Work as a Technical Support Analyst, resolving issues with machines and equipment, issuing documentation, performing installations, and providing customer support and training. Key Highlights: 1. Propose effective solutions to customers' technical issues. 2. Perform installations, configurations, and preventive/corrective maintenance. 3. Conduct training for customers on equipment usage and maintenance. An Industrial Automation company is hiring a Technical Support Analyst in São José dos Campos (East Zone). **What will you do in this role?:** Understand customers' needs and propose effective solutions to issues with machines and equipment. Issue technical documentation, such as procedures, certificates, manuals, and service reports. Perform installation, configuration, and preventive/corrective maintenance activities. Support customers via phone and ticketing systems, clearly and systematically recording incidents. Guide and clarify customers' technical questions during remote and in-person support. Deliver in-person and virtual training to customers on equipment usage and maintenance. Perform tasks typical of a Technical Support Analyst role. This position is based in São José dos Campos / SP.
