Job Summary: Performs low-to-medium complexity operational activities, serving internal customers, assisting with routine tasks and training, and supporting the area's financial management. Support for operational procedures and regulatory analysis Execute low-to-medium complexity operational activities by meeting the needs of internal customers (interface departments), while also assisting in managing operational routines, team training, analysis of procedures and regulations, emergency response, and supporting the area's financial management processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and plan scheduled operational activities, track deadlines, and propose efficiency improvements for operations; * Supervise the technical team in administrative tasks such as drafting work schedules for gas technicians/technicians, daily safety briefings, dispatching and closing internal orders/notes; * Monitor and control PPE inventory; manage procurement requests for equipment, materials, and tools. Coordinate the crisis room in cases permitted by MN\-003, escalating to managers when uncertain; * Manage the technical development of teams, as well as field teams’ work schedules and home bases, in coordination with the management team. Handle customer experience matters (NPS, CSAT, complaints, ombudsman, etc.); * Support approval of operational procedures where necessary. Report incidents, near-misses, unsafe acts and conditions, ensuring personal safety and that of colleagues. Guide customers on safety procedures and proper use of installed equipment during field operations. Safeguard equipment, vehicles, tools, and materials under one’s responsibility by performing vehicle, equipment, tool, and material check\-lists and requesting appropriate corrective actions; * Operate light or heavy vehicles (as per license) during travel to job sites, complying with traffic legislation and Comgás safety policies; * Analyze and stay updated on technical documentation relevant to the area, maintaining knowledge of engineering-related regulatory requirements; * Participate in provided trainings and capacity-building programs to continuously update knowledge of processes, practices, and conduct; * Comply with applicable legislation and regulations governing the area of responsibility and assigned activities, quality management system requirements, Compliance Program, Anti-Bribery Management System, as well as occupational health, hygiene, safety, and use of PPE/PCE (Personal/Collective Protective Equipment), where required by the activity; * Perform other duties inherent to the position or assigned by superiors, provided the employee is qualified and such duties align with their knowledge and experience. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering; * Active CREA registration; Desirable: * Postgraduate degree in a related field (process/people management); * Proficiency in Office Suite / SAP / GESC / Sigga EAM / Geogás / Power BI; * Experience in partner and contract management; process mapping and improvement; interpretation and implementation of procedural and regulatory enhancements; basic understanding of financial management; **Additional Information** Here, we know that eating well makes all the difference!
