We are specialists in Occupational Health and Workplace Safety, and we are the leading company in this sector nationwide, with the largest number of units across the entire national territory. **Main Responsibilities:** · Manage appointment schedules and register occupational medical visits in control systems. · Review medical records to monitor pending appointments. · Document all medical records in the occupational management portal, digitizing examination results. · Monitor appointments at accredited clinics to interact and correct possible issues. · Track expiration dates of occupational examinations. · Provide customer support on occupational medicine topics. · Perform EEG, ECG, visual acuity, and spirometry tests. · Venipuncture for laboratory tests. · Serve the general public. **Required Skills:** · Proven experience in venipuncture. · Experience in public-facing roles within the healthcare sector. · Communicative, didactic, and proactive professional. · Proven intermediate-level Excel proficiency. · Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational medicine.
