We are seeking a professional to work at Estrela do Lar’s headquarters, responsible for remotely monitoring stores, ensuring safety, compliance with operational procedures, and providing support to store units whenever necessary. **Main responsibilities** * Monitor stores remotely via CCTV systems and internal platforms; * Identify risky situations, procedural deviations, or operational incidents; * Notify managers, store teams, or responsible departments when necessary; * Record incidents, alerts, and information in the system or control reports; * Monitor store opening and closing according to internal procedures; * Support loss prevention and asset security initiatives; * Maintain clear and objective communication with stores and the headquarters team; * Comply with company regulations, internal policies, and established routines. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer literacy and knowledge of security technologies and monitoring systems; * Ability to operate equipment such as cameras, monitors, and control software; * Capacity to interpret and analyze security images and data; * Quick decision-making and prompt activation of security protocols; * Sustained attention, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent observational skills; * Good verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational ability and professional demeanor; **Preferred qualifications** * Experience in corporate or retail environments; * Knowledge of monitoring systems or access control systems.
