Support for new technology implementation projects **Description:** We are seeking an IT Analyst responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the company's information systems, providing user support, hardware/software maintenance, and participating in technology projects. Responsibilities Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level technical support to employees (on-site and remote). Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals. Administer systems, networks, and servers, ensuring security and availability. Monitor infrastructure and resolve incidents quickly and effectively. Manage access controls, backups, updates, and security policies. Document procedures and maintain up-to-date records. Support new technology implementation projects and internal improvements. Experience with technical support, networks, and Windows/Linux environments. Knowledge of hardware, TCP/IP networks, firewalls, and monitoring tools.
