Main Responsibilities * Operate the SIGA System (Service Management System) or other computerized systems, recording real-time service information. * Perform highway operation management activities in direct contact with the Command and Control Center (C2C). * Monitor and record all events from Basic Service Units and User Assistance Services. * Ensure operational efficiency through continuous tracking of incidents on the highway. **Qualifications** Essential Requirements * Completed high school education; a technologist degree in Traffic Safety is desirable. * 3–5 years of experience in this role or related fields. * Technical profile emphasizing planning ability, teamwork, interpersonal skills, flexibility, empathy, initiative, communication, systemic vision, and adaptability to change. * Availability for a 12x36 work schedule (07:00–19:00\) **Additional Information** **Benefits That Value You** At Egis, we believe great work begins with a great environment.
