This is an operational role focused on execution, analysis, and support—essential to maintaining continuity and quality of operations. Responsibilities * Monitor ALTAVE’s optronic systems installed in customers’ asset areas. * Track and report system operability (status, transmission quality, and alert generation). * Analyze and validate alerts generated by artificial intelligence. * Provide customer support during the monitoring shift. * Retrieve recorded images upon request. * Prepare operational reports and records. * Support the execution of area-specific operational routines and tasks. Requirements * Completed high school education. * Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). * Strong oral and written communication skills for customer support and report writing. * Availability to work on a **12x36** schedule, including weekends and holidays. * Currently pursuing a degree in Technology or Engineering fields (with interest in Software, Hardware, or Projects). Preferred Qualifications * Intermediate English proficiency. * Experience in data analysis or system monitoring.
