Job Summary: An electronics and robotics company is seeking a Technical Buyer to procure electronic components, parts, and supplies, negotiate with suppliers, and manage the entire procurement process. End-to-end management of the procurement process through to delivery **Job: Technical Buyer** Location: São José dos Campos – SP (Chácaras Reunidas) An electronics and robotics company seeks a professional to work in technical procurement, responsible for acquiring electronic components, parts, and supplies required for laboratory operations and company activities. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct technical procurement of electronic components, parts, and industrial supplies; * Request quotations and negotiate with domestic and international suppliers; * Issue purchase orders and monitor the entire process until material delivery; * Monitor delivery timelines and conduct follow-up with suppliers; * Proactively prevent shortages of critical items required for operations; * Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate component specifications; * Enter and update procurement information in the ERP system; * Perform fiscal classification of items at the time of purchase; * Manage electronic invoice receipts and organize related documentation; * Inform the team about material arrival and availability. **Requirements:** * Technical education or background in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields; * Experience in technical procurement of components or industrial supplies; * Familiarity with electronic components; * Knowledge of domestic and international procurement processes; * Experience with ERP or management systems; * Basic understanding of logistics and import processes; * Knowledge of Incoterms is considered a plus. **Employment Type:** CLT **Salary:** R$ 3.500,00 **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday — 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM 100% on-site **Benefits:** * Meal voucher of R$ 29.00 per day * Food allowance of R$ 315.00 per month * Transportation voucher or fuel allowance * Porto Seguro dental plan * Bradesco health insurance (50% covered by the company) * Uniform **Work Location:** Chácaras Reunidas – São José dos Campos/SP Job Type: Temporary Contract Duration: 4 months Compensation: R$ 3.500,00 per month Selection Question(s): * Are you familiar with industrial electronic equipment and Industrial Robotics?
