**Requirements** * Currently enrolled in Civil Engineering (1st or 2nd year) or have completed a technical course in construction; * Knowledge in reading technical drawings (structural, electrical, hydraulic, and architectural); * Organized and detail-oriented; * More introverted profile, but with good communication skills for occasional mediation; * Emotional balance and conciliatory attitude (will act as a peacemaker in construction situations); * Appreciation and respect for processes, following construction schedules and routines. **Activities** * Monitor and supervise construction site activities; * Record daily progress and incidents (construction diary); * Issue daily progress and productivity reports; * Update the project schedule according to construction progress; * Place material orders as needed; * Review technical designs and ensure compliance during execution; * Facilitate communication between the construction team and clients; * Act as a support and oversight point, ensuring adherence to procedures and deadlines.
