We seek a professional with a consultative approach, outstanding communication skills, and a relationship-oriented mindset, capable of delivering a differentiated and personalized shopping experience to customers. Key Responsibilities * Deliver consultative service by identifying each customer's needs, preferences, and expectations; * Prospect new customers and build a relationship-based client portfolio; * Prepare commercial proposals and conduct strategic negotiations; * Present customized solutions in furniture and decoration aligned with customers' profiles and projects; * Manage the entire sales process—from initial contact through delivery and after-sales; * Build relationships with architects, interior designers, and other industry partners; * Monitor performance targets and KPIs to achieve excellence in results; * Participate in training programs and stay updated on trends in the furniture, decoration, and design markets; * Uphold ethics, professionalism, and a commitment to service excellence. Requirements * Proven experience in consultative sales; * Experience in furniture retail, decoration, interior design, or high-end segments is a plus; * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship skills; * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile; * Ability to work collaboratively and build trust-based relationships; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree or technology degree is considered an advantage); * Availability to work on Saturdays. Compensation and Benefits * Fixed salary of **R$ 2\.100,92**; * Commission of **3%** on sales, per company policy; * Transportation allowance, as stipulated by current legislation; * Ongoing training and professional development; * Opportunity for career growth and development. Work Schedule * Employment type: CLT; * Monday to Friday, from **10 a.m. to 7 p.m.**; * Saturdays, from **9 a.m. to 1 p.m.**.
