Join a team dedicated to preventive and corrective maintenance A professional to join the strategic maintenance area and become part of the rapid-response team—a group dedicated to preventive and corrective maintenance with a focus on fast and efficient service. **Available Shifts:** Morning (7 AM to 7 PM) and Night (7 PM to 7 AM) **Work Schedule:** Marshall **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support field teams by ensuring administrative and logistical support for maintenance teams, guaranteeing the availability of information, materials, tools, equipment, and documentation required for efficient execution of field activities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, spreadsheet-based controls, and email-based information management is required. * Manage resource control, process organization, request tracking, and maintenance management support. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical education (preferably in Administration, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields). * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) * Active registration with the relevant professional council * Experience in administrative support activities for maintenance, operations, or warehouse functions. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook, and experience preparing controls and reports. * Ability to manage and monitor materials, tools, equipment, and inventory. * Knowledge of creating, tracking, and updating service orders, requests, and operational records. * Ability to organize and control maintenance-related information, documents, and indicators. * Familiarity with maintenance processes, service planning, and logistics supporting field teams. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with operational teams, suppliers, and support departments.
