From infinitely recyclable aluminum cans and cups to aerosol bottles, our goal is to contribute to a better community, society, and world.** **Key responsibilities** * Support the development team in maintaining standards and data structure; * Assist communication with different departments to identify demands and improvement opportunities; * Learn and understand processes and data flows across business units to contribute with simple and effective solutions; * Collaborate with the data structure team (GSS) to ensure alignment with corporate standards * Help develop automations, reports, and analyses according to area needs; * Suggest process improvements and support the standardization of team deliverables * Help maintain reporting structures across regions by identifying and solving potential issues **Requirements** **Mandatory** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Technology, Engineering, Development, or related fields * Intermediate English (reading and writing) * SQL: Intermediate * Power BI: Intermediate * Microsoft Office: Intermediate **Desirable** * Python: Basic to Intermediate * VBA: Basic to Intermediate * Basic understanding of ETL and large data handling **Skills** * Proactive profile with strong analytical skills and willingness to learn * Good communication skills and teamwork **Additional information** * **Location:** São José dos Campos/SP (ER) * **Hybrid On\-Site Work Environment:** This position requires regular in\-person engagement by working on\-site for three (3\)days per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) * **Schedule:** 8:00 AM to 17:00 PM **Ball Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
