If you have experience in requirements elicitation, assisted operations, training, and customer support, join our team!! ******\#vempraGEO** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare the solution’s requirements package by identifying, describing, prioritizing, documenting, and communicating system requirements to both clients and project teams; * Perform risk analysis on project and solution requirements, identifying and monitoring areas of uncertainty that may impact activity execution; * Provide inputs enabling the project manager to conduct scope-change negotiations with clients; * Support the testing team in developing and executing functional tests within a controlled environment, documenting results to ensure fulfillment of solution acceptance criteria; * Monitor solution validation tests; * Monitor client acceptance testing (homologation); * Deliver solution training to clients; * Monitor client operations (project-assisted operations); * Provide remote support to client operations, including clarification of queries and technical assistance; * Support creating an environment conducive to generating new business opportunities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Technology Sciences, Earth Sciences, or related fields. **Mandatory:** Driver's license Category B / Willingness to travel. **Desirable Knowledge:** * Familiarity with requirements elicitation and technical documentation; * Database (modeling); * Understanding of characteristics, processes, products, services, and markets of business domains; * Software applications; * Spatial data and formats (vector and raster); * Familiarity with geospatial databases; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; * Intermediate English proficiency. **Additional Information** * Health insurance plan; * Dental care plan; * Meal allowance – Flash card; * Transportation allowance; * Group life insurance; * Birthday day off; * Pharmacy partnership with payroll discounts; * SESC partnership (discounts on paid events); * Partnership with a psychologist (social-rate pricing); * Travel agency partnership (discounts on travel packages); * Nestlé Empório partnership (in-store discounts); * UNIVAP partnership (discounts on basic education schools and undergraduate programs); * Workplace gymnastics twice per week (in-person and online); * Childcare allowance \*subject to HR conditions; * Employee referral program with rewards; We are a market leader, operating across dozens of municipalities nationwide and employing over 200 professionals dedicated to achieving outstanding results.
