Perform functional configuration of new implementations, following the client’s process mapping and the specific needs of the area. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Understand user needs and propose improvement/correction suggestions for existing systems and/or for acquiring new systems or customizations; * Execute implementation of contracted or developed systems; * Perform functional configuration of new implementations; * Provide support to system users; * Conduct process assessment and analysis; * Develop and deliver system training; * Contribute to improving processes used in developing application systems; * Validate improvements or corrections released in systems; * Enable creation of various reports; * Ensure full, consistent, and secure system operability; * Manage system and application implementation projects; * Monitor innovation and improvement projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in Technology, Computer Science, Production Engineering, or Project Management; Functional knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably Senior Sistemas; Intermediate knowledge of data collection and process analysis; Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 productivity tools; Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel; Basic knowledge of SQL; Project management certification is desirable; Functional knowledge of SAP ERP modules for inventory and procurement is desirable; Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is desirable; Experience in ERP SAP × WMS integration projects is desirable; We believe resources are precious and must be properly managed to endure.
