




Job Summary: Responsible for scheduling and releasing shipments, monitoring deliveries, reporting operational information, and providing support—while controlling and updating logistics systems to ensure continuous improvement. Analytical profile with attention to detail and sense of urgency Responsibilities and Duties: Schedule and release shipments based on service windows, available volumes, and operational priorities; Monitor deliveries in real time, ensuring adherence to deadlines and accuracy of routes; Report operational information to the client Ultragaz, ensuring clear, agile, and effective communication; Provide support to internal and external clients, resolving inquiries and addressing potential operational deviations; Control and update logistics spreadsheets and systems, focusing on productivity tracking and operational KPIs; Collaborate closely with the monitoring team, drivers, and operational leadership; Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes by identifying optimization opportunities and reducing failures. Requirements and Qualifications: Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is desirable); Prior experience in shipment scheduling, logistics monitoring, or similar roles within the transportation sector; Intermediate knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, filters) and proficiency with logistics management systems (TMS, SAP, or similar); Strong verbal and written communication skills; Analytical profile with attention to detail and sense of urgency; Availability to work on rotating shifts, including possible Saturdays or rotating on-call duties.
