Job Summary:
Responsible for transporting dry and refrigerated cargo on long-distance routes, ensuring safety and legal compliance.

#### **Responsibilities**
* Transport dry and refrigerated cargo on long-distance routes, adhering to scheduled deliveries and pickups.
* Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle (heavy truck, trailer) before, during, and after trips, checking fluid levels, tires, brake systems, and lighting.
* Complete and maintain up-to-date logbooks, invoices, cargo manifests, and other transport documents to ensure legal compliance.
* Safely and precisely couple and uncouple semi-trailers, and perform maneuvers in yards and loading docks.
* Immediately report any damage, mechanical issues, or road incidents to the maintenance and logistics team.
* Ensure cargo security by correctly using lashing and protective equipment and following handling procedures.
* Strictly comply with traffic laws, driving and rest time regulations, and company internal policies.
#### **Requirements**
* Valid Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH) Category "E" with EAR (Paid Activity Endorsement), without restrictions.
* Completed high school education.
* Solid knowledge of Brazilian traffic laws, road signage, and highway safety regulations.
* Experience transporting various types of cargo.
* Availability for long-distance travel and extended stays away from base location.
* Basic knowledge of heavy vehicle mechanics for identifying issues and performing minor emergency repairs.
