If you are an **organized, communicative person with a strong desire to learn and wish to begin your professional journey at a company that values employee development**, this position may be right for you. **Work Location:** **On-site – São José dos Campos/SP** **Working Hours:** **Monday to Friday, from 11:00 AM to 5:15 PM** **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in telephone, WhatsApp, and email customer service regarding delinquent clients; * Assist in issuing invoices and PIX keys; * Assist in guiding clients on online payment procedures. **Minimum Requirements:** * Be between 14 and 24 years old (not yet completed); * Have completed or currently be enrolled in high school (night shift preferred); * Reside in São José dos Campos/SP; * Candidates currently enrolled in, attending, or having completed higher education are not eligible; * Candidates who have previously participated as apprentices under the CIEE program are not eligible; Type of Position: Apprenticeship Compensation: R$1.000,00 – R$1.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Corporate agreements and commercial discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
