We maintain dedicated and tailored logistics processes to serve the agribusiness, agrochemical, chemical manufacturing, and other industries—ensuring safety and agility. **Role Profile:** Plan, analyze, and optimize transportation routes to maximize operational efficiency, reduce logistics costs, improve fleet utilization, and meet pickup and delivery deadlines—all while complying with safety regulations and current legislation. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Develop and schedule pickup and delivery routes. * Optimize itineraries to reduce kilometers traveled, travel time, and costs. * Distribute loads according to vehicle capacity and driver availability. * Monitor route execution and make adjustments as needed. * Ensure compliance with transportation legislation, driver working hours, and traffic restrictions. * Utilize route planning, tracking, and TMS systems for operational planning. * Prepare management reports on route performance and propose continuous improvements. * Maintain consistent communication with the Dispatch, Sales, Fleet, and Monitoring departments.
