Resolution of non-conformities and project management. **About the Team:** * We operate at the interfaces among Subcontracting, Integrated Product Development (IPD), Production Planning, Quality Engineering, Tooling Engineering, and Technological Development **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Managing product development jointly with IPD, from a manufacturing engineering perspective; * Technical discussions regarding development and feasibility of solutions and products; * Development of products and processes in composite materials; * Providing technical support to suppliers; * Handling product-related documentation; * Supporting sustaining activities (Andon; Change Documents; Purchase Orders, etc.); * Developing routings and processes; * Conducting technical visits to suppliers; * Project management; * Managing internal performance indicators; * Addressing product and process non-conformities by identifying root causes, defining corrective action plans, and implementing containment actions. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To meet this challenge, you must have:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree (with diploma or completion certificate) in Production Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Civil Engineering; * Active CREA registration or documentation required to obtain it; * Intermediate English proficiency for reading, writing, and speaking; * Experience in industrial manufacturing processes for composite parts; * Experience in supplier qualification processes; * Knowledge of metallic and non-metallic material processes; * Experience in the product development and modification lifecycle; * Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings, production routings, and familiarity with EMBRAER standards is desirable; * SAP knowledge; * GD&T knowledge; * Experience in aerospace manufacturing processes; * Knowledge of handling non-conforming products; * Knowledge of sustaining processes; * Experience with CAD software (Catia, Microstation, GBI, etc.) ******You’ll Stand Out If You Have:** * Knowledge of subcontracting processes; * Familiarity with Lean tools; * Project management knowledge; * PowerBI knowledge; * Experience with quality tools (FMEA, Pareto charts, 8D, Ishikawa diagrams, 5W1H, etc.). **Additional Information** On-site work model in São José dos Campos / SP. **Benefits:** * Life Insurance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vaccination Benefit * Pharmacy Benefit * Wellhub * Multi-Benefit Card * On-site Cafeteria * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Private Pension Plan * Cooperative * EMpower (internal training and development platform) Need support with the Gupy platform?
