Responsibilities * Identify and analyze training needs in collaboration with managers and departments; * Plan, organize, and deliver technical, behavioral, and onboarding training programs; * Develop supporting materials and instructional content for internal training; * Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, proposing continuous improvements; * Manage T&D metrics (training hours, participation rates, costs, and outcomes); * Support implementation of leadership development programs and succession plans; * Maintain and update records of mandatory trainings and technical certifications; * Establish partnerships with institutions and consulting firms to support capacity-building initiatives. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Prior experience in Training and Development within an industrial environment; * Knowledge of learning methodologies and outcome evaluation techniques; * Ability to facilitate training sessions and group dynamics; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); * Familiarity with e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
