This professional will be responsible for ensuring efficiency, predictability, and alignment among squads and stakeholders, promoting Agile practices, continuous improvement, and high-value deliveries to our clients. **Your Challenges Will Include** * Facilitating communication between technical teams (development, QA, data) and business stakeholders. * Ensuring delivery predictability by monitoring metrics and indicators to provide visibility into progress and support decision-making. * Leading Agile ceremonies and supporting the Product Owner in backlog management. * Monitoring Agile metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement. * Identifying and removing impediments, mitigating risks, and ensuring a sustainable delivery flow. * Acting as a change agent, challenging inefficient processes and proposing strategic solutions. * Disseminating Agile culture, encouraging autonomy, collaboration, and continuous evolution. * Diagnosing root causes and proposing alternatives to resolve critical issues. * Ensuring retrospectives result in practical actions with follow-up. * Evaluating and applying the most suitable Agile methodology for each squad (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.). **Above all, you must align with our purpose: valuing people so that each individual can expand their possibilities and build their own story.** **In addition, it is desirable that you have** * A completed undergraduate degree in IT, Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * In-depth knowledge of Scrum practices, roles, and values. * Practical experience with Scrum, Kanban, and Lean fundamentals. * Experience with Agile project management tools, especially Azure DevOps. * Ability to analyze Agile metrics and performance indicators. * Skills to facilitate workshops, group dynamics, and conflict resolution. * Systemic vision and organizational skills for end-to-end process tracking. * Proactive, solution-oriented attitude. **Nice-to-Have** * Agile certifications (CSM, PSM or similar). * Prior experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master. * Experience working with software development teams. * Excellent communication and influencing skills.
