Their role is crucial in promoting a collaborative work environment and continuous operational improvement. * Responsibilities: * Develops and maintains action plans and schedules ensuring efficient project execution, periodically reviewing them for necessary adjustments. * Conducts performance indicator analysis, providing insights for strategic decisions and operational improvements. * Collaborates with diverse teams, facilitating information exchange and promoting integration across projects and departments. * Prepares detailed progress reports on plans, highlighting successes and areas requiring attention. * Supervises planning-related tasks, potentially guiding work teams and supporting problem resolution. * Qualifications: * In-depth knowledge of project management and strategic planning, with ability to apply analytical tools. * Strong clear and effective communication skills, both internally and externally, to ensure stakeholder understanding and engagement. * Proactive problem-solving capability using logical and creative thinking. * Experience in budget and resource management, with analytical vision for financial control. \*\* Educational qualifications: Degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields; specialization in Project Management preferred. \*\* Professional experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in planning or project management roles. Experience in multidisciplinary environments is a plus. Internships and academic-related experience will also be considered. \*\* KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: * Practical knowledge of planning and management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, or similar). * Familiarity with data analysis and performance indicators. * Ability to work collaboratively in team-based, multidisciplinary environments.
