Analytical profile with ease in handling calculations Grupo Exímia, a BPO specialist in payroll and benefits management, headquartered in Jacareí/SP, is seeking a professional experienced in HR department routines, including payroll processing, reconciliation and verification of social charges, eSocial, and DCTFWeb. **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields * Proficiency in labor legislation and current regulations * Analytical profile with ease in handling payroll-related calculations * Intermediate knowledge of Excel **Responsibilities:** * Payroll processing and verification * Calculation of social charges and fulfillment of ancillary obligations * Execution of onboarding, vacation, and termination processes * Benefits administration * Compliance with eSocial requirements * Other duties inherent to the role **Preferred Qualification:** Knowledge of LG – Suite Nuvem system
