Job Summary: A Junior Quality Analyst performs manual and automated tests to validate systems, logs and tracks bugs, and collaborates with development teams to ensure continuous improvement. Opportunity for learning and technical development in the QA field Junior Quality Analyst (QA) * Perform manual and automated tests to validate systems (Web, API, Desktop, and Mobile) * Log, track, and validate bug fixes to ensure delivery quality * Support the creation and maintenance of test cases, test data, and test environments * Collaborate with development teams to ensure continuous product improvement Requirements: * Must reside in São José dos Campos or nearby cities * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (currently pursuing acceptable) * Knowledge of testing methodologies * Experience in testing Desktop, API, Mobile, and Web products * Knowledge of databases * Knowledge of Agile methodologies – desirable * Certification in testing (ISTQB or equivalent) – desirable * Knowledge of automation using Robot Framework – desirable Profile We Are Seeking: * Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and passionate about software quality * Organized, responsible, and committed to deadlines and standards * Ability and willingness to learn, receive guidance, and work under supervision * Strong communication skills * Interest in technical development and continuous improvement * Attention to detail and discipline in execution
