This position ensures that logistics processes operate continuously in accordance with company policies, conducting ongoing critical analyses of activities and implementing actions to minimize and resolve issues, while also supporting people in their professional development. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities...** * Achieve results through people development and process improvement, utilizing management and continuous improvement methodologies and tools; * Understand and support physical logistics processes and the entire supply chain flow—from raw materials, packaging, semi-finished goods, to finished products—and interface with supporting functions such as Quality, People Management, Maintenance, and Engineering; * Develop strategic workforce allocation management to optimize employee placement and utilization, and support analysts in creating work schedules aligned with employee development and performance; * Monitor routine management through daily meetings, action plan follow-up, and project tracking; * Follow, engage with, and review, when necessary, Safety, Health, and Sustainability instructions, accident and incident prevention campaigns, to enhance SHE preventive culture. Follow, encourage, and review, when necessary, Food Quality and Safety instructions, supporting routine practices according to legal, internal, and regulatory requirements; * Directly participate in CAPEX projects as a facilitator, interfacing physical logistics with factory/engineering teams to ensure operational team alignment with implemented solutions; * Organize workflow clearly so the team fully understands their duties and assigned tasks; monitor team productivity and provide constructive feedback and guidance daily. **What Will Contribute to Your Success?** * Completed undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, International Trade, or related fields; * Postgraduate qualification, SAP knowledge, and fluent English are advantageous; * Must possess leadership skills and experience in people management, ensuring team members have adequate resources and support to perform their tasks effectively; * Clear and effective communication skills; * Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and Digital Transformation is advantageous; * Proficiency in Office Suite/PowerBI, and familiarity with TPM, Lean, and Six Sigma.
