Weigh and portion ingredients according to the baker's instructions. Shape breads and assist with baking the products. Organize utensils, workbenches, and production equipment. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery section. Previous experience as a Pastry Assistant, Kitchen Assistant, Bakery Assistant, or Oven Operator may indicate familiarity with some of the tasks in this position. Completion of elementary education required.
