Job Overview:
**Summary of Key Responsibilities:**
* Ensure process stability: Analyze and correct process deviations; Adjust operational parameters; Support recovery of stability after shutdowns;
* Analyze process performance: Monitor process KPIs; Identify root causes of losses and inefficiencies; Propose corrective and preventive actions;
* Implement continuous improvement: Lead medium-complexity improvement initiatives; Apply process analysis tools; Validate achieved results and gains;
* Ensure process standardization: Develop and review operational standards; Ensure compliance with procedures; Support internal audits;
* Support quality and compliance: Reduce non-conformities; Support root cause analysis; Ensure process robustness;
* Support process safety: Ensure compliance with safety regulations; Support process risk assessments; Participate in incident investigations;
* Work on process projects: Participate in medium-complexity process projects; Evaluate impact of process changes; Support commissioning and ramp-ups;
* Support operations: Serve as technical reference for operators; Support operational decision-making; Handle contingency situations;
* Manage documentation and data: Update flowcharts, material balances, and records; Ensure traceability of changes; Prepare technical reports.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
**Education:** Materials Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Control and Automation Engineering
**Experience:*** Solid prior experience within the Management System (SGI), particularly in auditing processes;
* Experience in document management and quality indicators;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Power BI.
**Desirable:**
* Certified auditor for ISO Management Systems.
