If you are organized, analytical, and have experience in transportation and distribution, this is your chance! About the Role You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing logistics operations involving owned vehicles and partner carriers, ensuring efficiency, safety, and on-time delivery. Responsibilities * Manage and monitor owned and third-party fleets, ensuring vehicle availability and good condition; * Plan and control routes, delivery deadlines, and transportation costs; * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of owned vehicles; * Negotiate and oversee contracts with third-party carriers; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and transportation legislation; * Monitor performance indicators (on-time delivery, costs, utilization, etc.); * Propose improvements to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs; * Prepare performance reports and present results to management. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Solid experience in fleet management (owned and outsourced); * Knowledge of transportation legislation and safety standards; * Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with logistics management/ERP systems; * Analytical, proactive profile with strong communication skills.
