Data analysis for strategic decision-making and optimization We are looking for an E\-commerce professional with deep marketplace knowledge, who brings strategic vision, results focus, and continuous improvement of marketplace processes to their professional background. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement growth and expansion strategies in collaboration with marketplace coordination * Develop and monitor budget targets in collaboration with coordination * Responsible for area performance reporting, presenting reports to coordination * Analyze and interpret sales performance data to support strategic decision-making * Monitor and optimize marketplace performance, suggesting process and workflow improvements * Collaborate with internal teams to align channel strategies and goals * Plan and oversee fulfillment operations, ensuring efficiency and quality * Understand and manage marketplace advertising campaigns to maximize visibility and sales * Use Excel at intermediate/advanced level for analysis and reporting * Teamwork is essential for success in this role * Analyze and perform strategic stock replenishment to ensure availability and optimization **Requirements** * Proven experience managing marketplaces, especially Shopee, Amazon, Mercado Livre, Shein, and Magalu * Analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data * Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance (VT) \+ Meal Allowance (VR) After probation period: Life Insurance / Dental Plan / Health Insurance Salary: R$ 2\.500,00 to R$ 3400,00 Work schedule: Monday to Friday – 44 hours per week – CLT permanent position – On-site
