Coordinate administrative processes, acting as a facilitator in continuous improvement initiatives.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Ensure compliance with organizational rules;
* Coordinate professional development of the team based on competency-based management, contributing to a performance-oriented culture, aiming to achieve better results and keeping the team consistently aligned, motivated, and up-to-date;
* Analyze performance indicators of subordinate areas' processes;
* Actively participate in Strategic Planning activities, disseminating and engaging the team in action deployment;
* Analyze budgetary variances related to administrative accounts under responsibility;
* Oversee Administrative Services at SDH Facility: Reception, Bed Management, Telephony, CDI, Clinical Secretariat, and Pre-Billing;
* Oversee Administrative Services at CDI Sector across RPs (PA Jac, PA SJC, SDUALN, and SDH): Appointment Confirmation, Indicator Analysis, and Administration Staff & Radiology Supervisors/Techs Management;
* Conduct feasibility analysis for new services, infrastructure, and equipment to support effective decision-making;
* Collaborate with Quality Management to meet internal and external audit requirements;
* Prepare and present administrative management reports upon Directorate’s request;
* Be responsible for evaluating the performance of direct subordinates;
* Ensure facilities and processes comply with legal, sanitary, and safety standards;
* Act as a facilitator in implementing new projects, supporting departments and medical staff;
* Monitor hospital pre-billing, closing, and submission of invoices for billing.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
#### **Technical:**
* Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Nursing, Hospital Management, or related fields;
* Postgraduate specialization in Administration or Hospital Management is desirable.
* Experience with hospital routines; Quality Processes; Cost and Budget Management; and Indicator Management;
* Knowledge of ANVISA Resolutions RDC 302, 222, 50, and 504;
* Biosafety standards.
