Administration of Windows Server and Linux environments COMPUTER SUPPORT ANALYST (PLENO) **Work Location:** Rua Visconde de Paranaguá, No. 102 – Centro – Rio Grande/RS **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM and from 12:42 PM to 5:30 PM **Employment Type:** Permanent (CLT) **Salary:** R$ 4.129,63 **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance (R$ 35.00/day) * Transportation Allowance * SESC Membership * Life Insurance * GoGood * R$ 500.00 bonus for Zero Claim Rate **Mandatory Requirements** --------------------------- * Completed Higher Education * Proven experience in: * **3 (three) years with Windows Server 2019 or later** * **2 (two) years with ITSM tools** * **Preferred Experience (Advantageous)** * **3 (three) years with ITIL** * **3 (three) years in Project Management** * **2 (two) years in Business Intelligence (BI)** * **3 (three) years with Linux** * **3 (three) years with Virtualization (XenServer/XCP-ng) and Cloud** * **3 (three) years with Storage (NAS, SAN, and Hybrid)** * **3 (three) years with Backup (LTO, SAN, and Software)** * **3 (three) years with Monitoring (Zabbix Administration)** **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Serve as Technical Leader in ICT service management * Ensure SLA compliance (Incidents, Problems, Changes, and Requests) * ITIL project management and continuous process improvement * Administration of Windows Server and Linux environments * Infrastructure support (Data Center, Cloud, and Virtualization) * Backup, storage, and monitoring management * Preparation of managerial reports and technical documentation **Behavioral Profile** ------------------------- * Clear and concise communication * Analytical thinking focused on incident resolution * Proactivity and dynamism * Results-oriented * Strong verbal and written fluency Minimum Educational Requirement: Higher Education
