Job Summary: A professional to identify improvements, manage the automation lifecycle, and develop solutions in an agile and collaborative environment. Key Highlights: 1. Identification and proposal of improvements to clients' business processes. 2. End-to-end management of the automation lifecycle, from conception to delivery. 3. Involvement in various process automation projects. Description: Requirements to apply for this position: Identification and proposal of improvements to clients' business processes: * Ability to identify opportunities within clients' business processes and support their optimal management, as well as assist in scoping project planning with clients and developers; * Identify and propose potential integrations with clients' systems, exploring diverse automation development approaches that deliver greater value to the client; * Collaborate with clients to develop business cases to identify the optimal return on automation investments; * Lead meetings and conduct interviews with clients to support demand prioritization. Automation Management and Development: * Manage the complete automation lifecycle, from conception through delivery to the support team; * Participate in sessions with development and support teams to align requirements; * Develop use cases, PDDs and/or SDDs, and automation prototypes; * Experience in process mapping (BPMN), requirements gathering, and automation; * Knowledge of automation development, preferably using the UiPath platform; * Knowledge of automation development via graphical interfaces, APIs, and other methods. Additional Skills and Competencies: * Familiarity with agile methodologies; broad, generalist perspective to assess and manage user needs; * Experience working across multiple process automation projects within short timeframes.
