Transparency in all our actions and communications. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collaborate with and question other departments to ensure billing accuracy; * Generate and monitor accounts receivable and customer transactions across all segments; * Process bank receipts and reconciliations; * Prepare and present analytical reports to customers and supervision; * Maintain up-to-date accounts receivable records; * Forward information to internal and external accounting teams; * Serve customers across all segments; * Promote customer database updates; * Conduct account reconciliation meetings; * Analyze contracts and other relevant documents to issue accurate invoices; * Respond to requests received via system tickets, phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp; * Generate payment slips (boletos), invoices, and organize invoice delivery to customers; * Provide support to Supervision, Administrative Management, and Executive Leadership; * Perform other duties pertinent to the accounts receivable department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management Processes, or related fields.
