Job Summary: This role requires proactive customer support and service, ensuring cargo delivery compliance through effective monitoring and communication. Key Highlights: 1. High school diploma required or currently pursuing undergraduate studies in Administration/Logistics Responsibilities: Provide customer support and service throughout operations, delivering necessary information and ensuring cargo arrives at its destination in compliance, through cargo tracking and monitoring. Contact customers via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to resolve issues and obtain information about goods, aiming to ensure customer satisfaction. Education: High school diploma or currently pursuing undergraduate studies in Administration or Logistics. Skills: Customer service and telephone support experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong writing ability, proactivity, and good teamwork skills.
