Support contract management A paper mill in Caçador (Industrial) is seeking a Purchasing Assistant. **Responsibilities:** Carry out the procurement process, from requisition to purchase order issuance and delivery follow-up. Research suppliers and quotations, negotiate prices and commercial terms. Maintain up-to-date supplier records, evaluating their performance. Monitor and control inventory levels, scheduling replenishment. Support supplier contract management by reviewing deadlines, terms, and compliance with contractual obligations. Prepare reports and KPIs related to procurement activities. Assist in problem resolution and respond to requests from other departments. Previous experience as a Purchasing Assistant, Supply Assistant, Procurement Analyst, or Logistics Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
